When is payment due?
Your Session fee is due at the time of booking.
Retainer Fee/Contract
A retainer fee and signed contract are due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. Your time is not considered booked until both are received. The retainer fee is applied toward the cost of the session. The retainer fee is not refundable.
Where will my session take place?
You can choose whatever location feels right for you. That could be the studio, a local park, an urban location, or your own backyard. If there is a place special to you, let me know, we can go there. (Please note that some urban places require fees or permits for professional photography, you are responsible for those fees.)
Weather for Outdoor Portraits
If it rains, or if it is extremely windy, we simply have to reschedule. Don’t worry about clouds, they actually HELP! If weather is questionable, simply call.
What should I bring to my session?
We will discuss what to bring at your consultation session.
How do I order prints and other products?
After your session we will schedule your viewing appointment. We plan your viewing session about two weeks after your initial session.
Do you sell digital images
Yes, Most products include digital images, they can also be purchased al la carte. Purchased images gives you the right to print images whenever you want. You may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without consent. I can not back the quality of any lab other then the professional labs my screen is calibrated to.
Do you provide retouching?
All chosen proofs, are retouched and then are then prepared for print. Information about additional retouching can be found in your Senior Guide.
What is the best way to reach me?
I prefer email, because I like to keep a tangible record of everything (in one spot) that we discuss about your session. I tend to respond to emailed questions later in the evening, (a time that is not convenient for phone conversations). and I like to give your questions my full attention which I sometimes cannot do if you catch me during the day. That being said, your always welcome to call or text me.
